Which countries does CarKits ship to?We offer flat rate delivery fee of $30 for customers in Singapore. We ship to more than 200 countries worldwide using air or sea freight courier services. However, there are certain destinations we cannot deliver to. If your country is among those, we will notify you accordingly. Please email us to inquire about the shipping rates to your country. For overseas customers, please email us at carkitsenquiry@gmail.com for the international shipping rate.

What is the shipping timeline?Total Order-To-Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods, and any unforeseen circumstances.) Processing time generally take 3-5 day processing time. Shipping time varies to different countries. * This doesn't include our 3-5 days processing time.

How can I track my order?To track your order, simply log in to your account on our website and go to the 'My Orders' section. There, you will find the status of your order and a tracking link to monitor its delivery progress.

Can I cancel or amend my order?Feel free to get in touch with us if you would like to cancel or modify your order. While we cannot guarantee success, we will make every effort to accommodate requests for orders that have not yet been processed.

Do the prices listed on the website include tax?All prices featured on the CarKit's website included tax. The payment total will be detailed in the invoice included with your shipment confirmation email.
