The time frames for our delivery are approximate and subject to variation due to factors such as public holidays, potential courier delays, and other external influences, including severe weather conditions, which are outside of CarKit's control.​​​

International shipping services

Orders placed on the website can only be delivered within Singapore.
If you wish to have your order shipped to another country, please email to us at carkitsenquiry@gmail.com to find out on the shipping rate.

Shipping to over 200 countries

We provide international shipping for all orders via air or sea freight courier. However, there are certain destinations we cannot deliver to. If your country is among those, we will notify you accordingly. Please email us to inquire about the shipping rates to your country.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Shipping time

Total Order-To-Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods, and any unforeseen circumstances.) Processing time generally take 3-5 day processing time.

Tracking information

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched, accompanied by a link to the appropriate tracking page. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

 

*Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become available on the courier's website.

Alternatively, you can also track your order by simply logging in to your account on our website and go to the 'My Orders' section. There, you will find the status of your order and a tracking link to monitor its delivery progress.
